Welcome to Bron & Bloom. We are a children’s clothing boutique offering carefully selected clothing for boys and girls, available to shop online and locally in Wrexham.

These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use our website or place an order with us.

Bron & Bloom is a children’s clothing business based in Wrexham, offering delivery across the UK as well as local availability.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

• Use our website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
• Use our website to transmit harmful, fraudulent or offensive material.
• Copy or reproduce our website content without our permission.

We may temporarily suspend access to our website where necessary for maintenance, security or other legitimate reasons.

3. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and sizes are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Some products may have limited availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund for any payment already taken for that item.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where:

• An item is no longer available.
• There is an obvious pricing or product description error.
• We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. If Bron & Bloom is not VAT registered, no VAT is charged.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before dispatch to explain the error and give you the option to continue with the correct price or receive a full refund.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver across the UK.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product/order information.

Standard delivery: 
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 Days 

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product listing or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather or other disruption.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help locate your order.

Where required by law, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you. 

7. Your Right to Cancel

When you purchase goods from Bron & Bloom online, you normally have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you wish to return.

You may use the following wording:

“I am writing to notify you that I wish to cancel my order [ORDER NUMBER].”

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless we have agreed otherwise.

We will refund the standard delivery charge originally paid for the order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available. 

8. Condition of Returned Items

When returning an item because you have changed your mind, you may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check their size, appearance and condition.

Items should be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.

Please return clothing clean, unworn and with any original tags or labels attached where possible.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this reduces its value, we may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund in accordance with UK consumer law. 

9. Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where you cancel an online order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been returned, where applicable. 

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be completely happy with your Bron & Bloom order.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect
• Not as described

please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, ideally including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Where goods are faulty or do not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights as a consumer. 

11. Sale Items

Sale items have the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

If a sale item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, you are entitled to the appropriate remedy under UK consumer law.

Our statutory cancellation and consumer rights cannot be removed simply because an item is on sale. 

12. Items Excluded From Cancellation Rights

Certain goods can be excluded from the normal 14-day cancellation right under UK law, including personalised or custom-made items and certain sealed goods where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.

If an item has specific return restrictions, these will be clearly explained on the product listing before you purchase it. 

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bron & Bloom website, including our logo, photographs, text, graphics, designs and branding, belongs to Bron & Bloom or is used with permission.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

14. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any legal rights that you have as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected when you placed your order or for events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

We take your privacy seriously.

Any personal information you provide when using our website or placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website and will show the date it was last updated.

Any changes will not affect orders that you have already placed where doing so would affect your existing legal rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
